  • Total Estimated Timeline: Please allow 5 to 7 weeks for factory production, quality testing, and final dispatch.

  • Dispatch: Your order will be dispatched immediately once manufacturing is complete and payment has cleared.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

We utilize a network of professional couriers tailored to the dimensions and weight of your order.

  • Flat Rate & Free Shipping: Most products qualify for flat-rate or free shipping.

  • Custom Quotes: For oversized items or specific regional locations, a shipping quote based on your postcode may be required at checkout.

  • Tracking: Every consignment is fully tracked. You will receive tracking details once your order leaves our facility.

3. Delivery Restrictions

Due to the size and nature of our products, we have the following delivery limitations:
