FAQs About Ordering
Is there a discount for multiple screens?
Yes. We offer great discounts for customers buying multiple screens. Please contact us.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is confirmed, we will begin production. Since these are custom-made window screens, please allow a standard lead time of 5-7 weeks for delivery.
Can the order be cancelled?
Please note that as all our window screens are custom-made to your specifications, cancellation may incur fees to cover material and processing costs.
1. Cancellation Before Order Confirmation
If you wish to cancel before your order has been formally confirmed and entered into our production system, you will receive a 100% refund of any payment made. Please note that the refund timeframe to your original payment method is subject to the processing policies of your financial institution, and any associated banking/transaction fees are beyond our control.
2. Cancellation During Production
Once your order has been confirmed and production has commenced, it is considered a work-in-progress. Due to the customized nature of the products, materials have been allocated and labor invested. If you cancel at this stage, a cancellation fee of 30% of the total order value will be charged to cover these incurred costs. The remaining 70% will be refunded to you.
3. Cancellation After Shipment / Upon Delivery
Orders that have already been shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled. If you are not satisfied with the product upon receipt, you may initiate a return for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to obtain a Return Authorization.
The product must be returned in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, at your cost and risk.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a restocking fee of 50% of the total order value will be applied. The remaining 50% will be refunded to you.

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10-14 business days after the cancellation is authorized and any applicable fees are deducted.
We reserve the right to modify this policy. The policy in effect at the time of your order confirmation will govern your transaction.
Faq about product
Can it be used outdoors?
Retractable fly screens can be fitted inside or outside depending on whether your window/door opens inwards or outwards. If your window/door opens outwards the fly screen will need to be fitted on the inside. If your window/door opens inwards the fly screen will need to be fitted to the outside.
Will the frame weather?
Retractable fly screens are made from durable plastic which will resist harsh weather conditions to ensure your fly screens look their best all year round.
Will the mesh weather?
Unlike a hinged fly screen, DIY retractable fly screens retract into their housing when not in use so the mesh is protected from weather damage.
What if I have enough frame on which to stick my fly screen but there is something in the way?
If there is an object like a vent or skirting board which prevents you from sticking the fly screen to the frame, you have two options. The first is to remove the object (e.g. cut the skirting board back to make room). Alternatively, if you have 10mm or more of frame on the inside of the obstruction, you can stick the fly screen onto this. It will mean the fly screen will overlap the opening a little but the fly screen will still function as it should.
Are the fly screens effective against larger animals (e.g. domestic pets, foxes)?
Retractable fly screens will act as a great deterrent to larger animals like cats and foxes. However, this is chiefly an insect screening product and as such we cannot guarantee their effectiveness against larger animals.

Are Retractable Fly Screens low maintenance?
Yes, Retractable fly screens are very low maintenance. Regular cleaning with a soft cloth and mild cleanser is sufficient. Our ezy screens have the added bonus of being able to replace the mesh if ever required.
What colours do fly screens come in?
We currently offer: Mission brown, black & Low gloss white. We also support custom colors; if you need other colors, please contact us.
Can fly screens be used with casement stay or protruding window handles?
If the casement stay or window handle protrudes further than the frame when the window is open, then you may have difficulty fitting our DIY products.
Faq about Installation & Maintenance
Do I need to be a DIY expert to fit these fly screens?
Retractable fly screens are designed to be simple to measure and fit. Just follow our simple six-step guide to get the measurements of your fly screen and then we'll send you a ready made fly screen. Once it arrives, all you have to do is click the four sides together and stick the fly screen onto your existing window or door frame.
What is fly screens warranty?
We offer a 3 year warranty on all parts. On screens that have been installed by one of our technicians we offer a 12 month warranty on labour.
How do I clean my Blockout Screen?
First using a dusting microfibre run over the entire blockout fabric to get rid of any dust particles. Use a damp microfibre with a gentle cleanser to carefully wipe down the entire surface of the screen. It's always best to do a small spot test.
Can retractable screens be installed on tiny homes or caravans?
Absolutely! As long as there is a minimum depth of 35mm available for installation, our retractable screens can be fitted to tiny homes, caravans, and other compact spaces.
